Seoul Korea

Seoul holds a unique combination of past and present. City center is full of palaces that still withstand the might of modern age colossal skyscrapers.

Closer to New Year a Buddhist temple Jogyesa 조계사 is decorated, condescending to mortals the heavenly joy of tranquility and consciousness. The blank feeling of a gap between religion and our earthy life causes shyness and almost a guilt as you are unable to truly embrace spiritual essence of upcoming holidays.
