Running a wellness retreat is a satisfying and rewarding experience. And there are certain things that you can do to make sure that you really deliver high value to participants. Watch this video to find out how.
If you want to run a wellness retreat then chances are you’re someone who wants to create transformation in people’s lives. And what that takes then is to address a lot of different aspects of their lives. So in this video, I’m going to share with you certain different areas to focus on as you design your wellness retreat to make sure that it it’s deeply transformational and that it really creates something that lasts in people’s lives.
The first thing to think about as you create and design your wellness retreat is what kind of outcome do you want people to have. What’s the transformational journey that you want to bring them on? Your people, you got to know who they are. You got to know what their pain points and problems are. And once you know that, you can start to look at, “All right, here’s where they’re starting and this is where we’re going.” So, what you want to design is first and foremost looking at where they’re starting out and then really look at where do they need to end up. And coming at this from an outcome-driven perspective. How do you want people to walk away from your retreat? What do you want them to walk away knowing? What do you want them to walk away feeling? What do you want them to walk away doing? Who do you want them to walk away knowing? So, these are all really important questions that you want to start asking right at the beginning as you start designing your wellness retreat.
